I created the circle by drawing around a plate onto a piece of insert 12x12 and then folding it into quarters and creating bumps by drawing around a glue stick, the flourish was made by using baking paper over the layout so I could see where I needed to draw and then freehand creating the flourish. Once drawn on baking paper I glued it onto the back of the cardstock and cut it out.
