SHCG:sooo cute I must say! I love your hearts, I would just group them more together in a straight line towards the bottom of you circles which I would move a little higher up to make room. Very sweet pic!!! She is so adorable
SHCG: Arrrrr, me lucky charms! Sorry, I had to say that to get into the swing of St. Pat's Day again. I have Brenda beat, because I am even later than she is! I won! Yes! Ok, down to business. Your daughter is unbelievably cute! She has an unending cuteness factor that ramps up every layout that she is in! She (and her mom) rocks! That shimmery green paper is the coolest and I love the glittery letters that you did on each heart. It really repeats the shimmer factor and I am digging it! I also love the way the hearts are raised off the page. Totally cool! What a cute layout of your cutie-pie!
SHCG: Again, my apologies for such a late critique. I love that you scrapped a St. Pat's page and uploaded the day after! I also love that shimmery paper. The hearts look shimmery, too. And, need I remind you, how cute she is! The gold letters and glitter shamrocks are great. I like how one of them is touching the date strip a little bit, and I'd say to go ahead and make the other shamrock and the buttons do the same with the other strips. Your sentiment, from mother to daughter, is so sweet, and I like the black outlines of the strips. I'd like to see Lucky on the exact opposite arc of the circle, so that it actually supports the photos, rather than weighs them down. As I mentioned in the other critique, I'd like to see the photos switch places. i think that pot o' gold sticker would look nice filling up that black space in the bottom left corner of the Jasmine in her pants photo. Finally, inking around the cute pp, and the lighter green mat in gold will further accentuate your gold letters.
SHCG: She is so darn cute! I would just love to meet her in person! I would suggest on this one to move your two circles to the center of the page and form your hearts over the top of the circle to make an arc. I think this will help clear up some of the blank space on the lower right and upper left. Then you could run your three journaling strips across the top. You could also add some inking to the edges of the light green paper. I always think this makes everything flow together.
SHCG: I love this LO, it is simply adorable! Jasmine is beautiful, and I love the hearts title but most of all your journaling is so touching. Great job on this girl!
SHCG: I love the hearts with the glitter and the blocked journaling. I would scoot the circle, journaling blocks and date in a bit to give the LO a bit of a white space boarder. Otherwise, love it!
SHCG: Very nice! I like all the shiny embellies you used. I think the only thing I might change would be to crop the photos so that they would be each semi-circles to fit in the pp circle. I think that's just my taste though... this is cool as it is!
SHCG: those pictures are so cute! really like the way you put each letter on a heart. Love the three buttons, and this cute background cs. Ir eally don't see anything I'd change, great page.
SHCG - You know what I really love about this, Vanessa? That you took all those St. Patty's day-themed supplies, supplies I'd normally chuck, & made them work for you in such a meaningful, beautiful & wonderful way! I love the richly color green paper w/ the pink hearts, love the heartfelt handwritten strip journaling & cute pics, the shiny shamrocks/ letters... Great overall placement. Nice job!
SHCG: Love it! Such heartfelt journaling and the the title looks great. Those shamrocks are my favorit part; in fact, I think i would add more of them!
i did this for the 52 sketches. the journaling reads "Jasmine, i'm so lucky to have a daughter like you. YOu brighten my everyday with your smile. March 17 2008
