The Rose Book is something I hope to fill up with distinctly me-things, be they watercolor painting, sketching, poetry, stamping, stickers, whatever. I figured the outside should be as much a work of art as the inside, so I had fun with this. The book contains pages cut from my watercolor, drawing, and sketch pads, and is hand-bound with a ridiculous amount of PVA glue and a bit of ribbon (also supersaturated with glue). I made the inner book first, the part that is wrapped with the white and black file folder covers, and then affixed the shiny outer hardback covers to that to preserve the pages and make the book itself more flexible. I'm looking forward to having a great deal of fun in this book =D
