My SIL's hubby built this dome home in Arizona about 25 years ago. It is gorgeous inside! When Chris built this house, there was not much else in the area at all. The newspaper came out and did a feature on him as he built this geodesic dome all by himself. They called it the snowball in the desert. Now, Queen Creek, Arizona is quite built up. That's my DH and his neice Miranda on the porch. They have a lovely pool they've just added and they keep horses and chickens in the back pasture.
