The quilled flowers are incredible! The number of turns with the quilling paper really sets it off! The leaves the center and the cream color/off white is perfect! Fabulous work!
You did a wonderful job using up these scraps Kimmi! Great spring lo :)I am sooo happy spring is finally here (even though we still have about 5 inches of snow on the ground where I live, it's melting everyday!)
Wonderful lo. What a cutie you were ( and still are)! I love how you used all those scraps yet you can't tell they're scraps. Looks brand new to me hehe!! Great jobQ :)
Great spring colors. Love the quilled flowers. Even if you bought them like that, it was your design to use them that way and they are perfect for this LO.
This is my first page for my BOM. This is me on a warm Spring day in Filey, North Yorkshire, England, 1977. This is for the Spring Challenge, the Use your Scraps challenge and the Rub it in rub-ons Challenge. The pps are all scraps (the yellow check actually has a hole in the middle of it but you can't see it for the photo and the flowery pp is patched up. The Spring Journalling circle is a Basic Grey rub-on and includes the quote, 'The flowers of spring occupy places in our hearts well out of proportion to their size.' Gertrude S. Wis. The daisies are quilled. The design is based on Pencil Lines sketch 49. TFL!
