I am fortunate in having a circle of friends of all ages and backgrounds that support, encourage, and understand me. As a gift for one of these women with whom I am particularly close, I recently completed an album on these friends. The restrictions I put on myself were to in someway reflect their personalities and to add journaling in the form of quotes, poems, definitions, and/or song lyrics. Because of my movement restrictions, I decided to computer journal rather than handwrite everything. I must say, that did make it much easier. This is one page from that album.
Kris always has a comforting word and helpful hint for anything you undertake. She also loves, loves, loves the color green and I wanted to highlight that. My personal favorite part of this lo is the garter I used to attach the ribbon.
