This lo is great. You have given me inspiration for a similar photo I have of my daughter. I too love how you've placed your journaling on the photo.

Another digital layout-- I am having fun experimenting (but I still love paper-- this just lets me scrap when I don't have time to get all my stuff out and my thoughts are still fresh).
My son at his swim lessons-- not one of the better pictures, but I wanted to get the journaling down while I remembered a few of the details.
Michael began taking swim lessons at the local pool five years ago. He took lessons for three years straight, and then last year, because of his intense fear of putting his face in the water, we made the decision not to formally enroll him in private swim lessons. This year, he is taking swim lessons again. And the change in his attitude and abilities is nothing short of miraculous. I am so proud of how hard he has worked at overcoming his fears. He is now swimming the breast stroke under water, for up to five strokes. He is learning to swim freestyle. And, he wants to learn the butterfly. And, one of his favorite activities is to jump into the pool-- even when his face gets wet. He is jumping in to water over his head. Go Michael, conquer those fears. 7/05
