A LO for my cat book. This is a LO of our siamese cat Boo-Is (don't ask about how she got that name; we know it's weird).
The journaling says:
Boo-Is celebrated each Christmas with us. She had her own stocking and received presents each year. She was easy to please; some Pounce treats and milk tabs kept her happy and purring. She really loved to play with the milk tabs; she'd chase them all over the house. Pounce treats were her favorite goodie to eat, especially the chicken flavored ones. All you had to do was shake the can and she'd come running.
Even when she was a baby, Boo-Is didn't try to climb into the tree or up the branches, but she did enjoy just looking at it, especially when the lights were on. She also loved to snuggle on the couch in front of the tree and always allowed us to pick her up and hold her for a picture, no matter how many times we had to retake it.
Sadly, Boo-Is celebrated her last Christmas with us in 2005. She wasn't her normal self during that celebration and didn't seem to care about any of her stocking goodies. She didn't even respond well to Athena that day, who we had brought home in November. Just a few days after Christmas, she was at the veterinarian's office. We still have her stocking; I refuse to part with it. She was a wonderful, loving part of our lives for 16 Christmases.
