My mother passed away a couple of months ago and my youngest daughter has scanned all of her hand-written recipes and recipes with comments so she can make a cook book for the family. I am searching for ideas and layouts and this is absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing. -Pam

THANKS ALOT DEB. WHAT IS THE FAT CONTENT. LOL!!! I JUST STARTED MY DIET YESTERDAY. MAYBE IF I USE THE LOW FAT CHEESES. AND I WONDER IF THEY HAVE WHOLE GRAIN LASAGNE NOODLES. LOOKS TOO YUMMY TO PASS UP.

Ooooo THANKS DEB! What was I talking about - suggesting you PM me the recipe?! Of course everyone else would want to try THIS - YUMMMMM! My regular lasagna recipe calls for uncooked noodles, too, which I LOVE - it does make it so easy. Can't wait to try this!!

I didn't know anyone else put spinach in their Lasagna...my mother makes it traditionally (boils the noddles and homemade sauce)..but as long as I can remember she has put spinach (fresh or frozen) in hers. COOL..love the layout! Thanks for sharing, I'll have to try it!
