My Heart, My Soul, My Love

OK, this one is kinda personal but I just had to make a special layout for this photo (which is a favorite of mine). This is my hubby, taken a week ago one late evening. It was a beautiful day the clouds were starting to come in, they looked fantastic against the setting sky, there was a rainbow just under the clouds (the rainbow shot didn't turn out so great) but I took some photos of my DH gazing up at the golden clouds. As I was trying to figure out what to do with the photo the gorgeous colors of this kit really stood out to me. Next challenge was the journaling, what was suposed to be only a few sentences soon took on a life of its own, sometimes I really struggle with journaling but once I started, my heart just poured out. He will be surprised when he sees it, I haven't showed him yet. You get first peek.

And if you reeeeeaaallly want to read the journaling, then here it is (a bit personal - but heartfully true)....

My Dearest Doug,
First and foremost you are my Heart. I love you more than you could ever know. My heart belongs to you and only you today, tomorrow and forever. It beats with joy and tenderness when you are near, and it aches inside when you are gone. Secondly you are my Soul, it seems as if we are somehow connected, you always seem to know what is on my mind, you know when I need reassurance, or space. Sometimes no words need to be spoken, you just seem to know. We just always seem to be in harmony, in sync. You are undeniably my Love. No one came before you and no one will come after. I belong to you and you to me, the love of my life. My best Friend. Together we laugh, cry, argue and share our hopes and dreams. You know all my fears, my worries and are always there for me when I need you. I can count on you for anything and can trust you will never let me down. You are my Inspiration, no one has lead me to believe in myself as you have, I am inspired everyday by your kindness, your patience, you’re easy going attitude and your love for our children. You enjoy life and strive to live it to the fullest (I have learned not to sweat the small stuff) and all of this from you. You inspire me to be a better mom, wife and human. And last but not least you are my Man, my strength, my hunk of burning love. No one could ever make me feel the way you do, and you are mine, all mine.
