I used Tempting Turquoise for the base card. I layered that with papers from the Lilly Anna collection. I wrapped a length of ribbon around one of the panels. I then stamped the image and colored it in with pencils. I did use my markers on the flower. I punched that out with my Giga scallop circle punch, sponged some Brilliant Blue ink around that then layered that on to a piece of Brilliant Blue that I cut out with my colozzle. For a bit of sparkle I used my Sakura gel pen and I was done.
