The Harold Washington Library is one of my husbands favorite buildings, so one day we decided to go to downtown Chicago and tour the library. It has 9 floors, there are paintings and sculptures on most of the floors, it is also home of the largest childrens library in Chicago, and on the 9th floor there are exhibit halls and a Winter Garden, it is incredebly nice and interesting.
The roof of the building is my favorite part, but it was impossible to take a complete picture of it from any angle, so I took several pictures from the high level train station, and put them together =D
