What were we thinking? I guess we weren't. Right now life is manageable. We each take charge of one child, but with 3 we will be outnumbered. How do people do it? How do they go to the grocery store, the movies, or out to dinner? How do they afford clothes, fit three car seats in the backseat, or God forbid...go on vacation?
It's scary to think that there will be another person living in our house soon. There will be another mouth to feed, child to clothe, diapers to change. We thought we were in the clear. Outings have become easier. No more diapers to change. No bottles. The kids can now clean up their own toys. But things are about to change. Life is about to take on a whole new direction. Midnight feedings will begin again. Say goodbye to restaurants for awhile. How will we ever find a babysitter willing to take on 3? It's scary. It's thrilling. It's wonderful. It's our life. It may not have been our plan, but it was God's plan for us. And we wouldn't change it for the world!
