This is sooo different from what I usually attempt,,but it was very fun to do. I had fun trying a bit more of a 'free style',,, and yup,, I am 'Pandoras Box',, but aren't we all,,
I guess when I look at it, it is colorful, chaotic, but controled.even though it seems like a 'hodge podge' of colors, sticker, embelishments and stuff, it all still matches and goes together. there is still a pattern and flow. I used pieces of a broken ankle braclet for the chains on 'box' and to hang my sun, moon, and stars, that we should always wish for. The 'box' is a puzzle, like we all are. I used a piece of another broken braclet for the center of the flower, it is a shell type piece and I trimmed three petals off the back flower so it laid right and still kept them. They are glued 'falling' below the flower. Photo corners are there, just not used in the typical way. All the stickers that I added say, colorful, hope, incredible, spirit, secrets, creative, love, sunshine, happiness, simple, kind, aspire,crazy, joyful, and the metal tag above my picture says 'soul mate'. The picture is one not many people see, my hair and eyes are hidden. The swirl 'holding' me to the page is a bit 'vintage' style' and it's all stitched together, the 'circle' above me is like a blue moon, (once in a blue moon we see who we truely are) The 'just me' down the side, is simple hanging by a few woven threads, like life. My flowers are there, even if they are not perfect, and my belief in God is there as are angel wings.
And the question mark is, 'is this me?'
and of course this is only a tiny piece of who I am.
