This is of the Imagination Parvilion at Epcot. Tinker Bell was a natural for this LO. While there I fell in love with Figment. The water is going up instead of down. The balloons are inside the parvilion. I glued Basic Grey paper on the letters of SMILE and then drew in the design in a glitter red. The chipboard pieces were painted and glitter was added to give the feel of pixie dust. On the background paper, I used bubble wrap and dabbed pink paint on it.
