This is my niece on her 21st in 2006. This LO is for the April Bling Challenge at http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1457363/tp/1/
This looks much better IRL. After painting the brackets I coated them with the glitter glaze and also brushed the flower petals with glitter glaze. The Gel pen around the scalloped edge is also glitter. There is also bling dots on the stars around the 21 candle. They don't show up much here.
