This is amazingly beautiful. It caught my eye when I logged on and I knew I had to get a closer look. Into my faves it goes and I will have to lift this.
wow what an amazing story, so happy it turned out well and the little guy got the help he needed and I agree with your husband, that photo is superb, all round perfect page TFS XXX
What a gorgeous layout. The journaling brought tears to my eyes. What fabulous parents - following their instincts and fighting the system until they found someone who would hear them!
OMG - Not only is this page stunning, but your journaling is so very heartwarming! Hit's home for me. 2 of my children have autism. Getting a diagnosis on the first of them was similarly frustrating to what you have captured in your writing. My hugs and praise to your DGS, yourself, and his parents. Your love and faith and belief in each other has given you the strength to see the beauty inside and the push on to get the right help to bring that out for the entire world to see. God bless you!
It is a beautiful photo, and i love the pretty transparency! Your journaling is incredible and I am so happy that you all were so persistent in helping this little guy, and that someone finally figured out his mystery!
This is beautiful! When I first saw it the color and design really grabbed my attention but than when I read the journaling it made it even more beautiful! Great job!
This is my first born DGS. The poor little fella has had a rough start and I am so proud of him right now. This is for the Journalling Challenge – Proud at http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1457813/tp/1 My DH says this is probably the best photo I have ever taken. I roughed up the edges of the cardstock with scissors and covered the naked chipboard with the PP. Now that this challenge is over I have removed the journalling to protect the privacy of my son and his family.
