I stenciled the flowers onto a file folder scrap, colored them with pencils, and outlined them with pen. I cut it out, glued it to a piece of white cardstock and cut again. I liked the way it looked against this mottled tan paper and then added the scrap of check. It needed something more so I added brass eyelets. The flower piece is 3-d attached.
