Journaling reads: Madeline, you amaze me with your confidence and your free spirit. You have never been afraid to play alone, actually I think you prefer it that way. I took this picture of you on one of the hottest days of the summer when it was just you and I home alone. You decided to play out in the sprinkler by yourself. I watched you from the window as I was scrapbooking. You must have danced and played in the sprinkler for an hour content with yourself and the world around you. I grabbed my camera and started snapping pictures of you. You were more than happy to accommodate me! You are so photogenic and I just admire your love of life and it shows in your photographs. I hope your life is always filled with the joy and innocence of your childhood!
I used a sanding block on most everything and crackle medium on lettering.
