"Sandra and I knew each other since 2nd grade. She is the first person I wrote to when she went to Canada for a year in 4th grade. Over the years, we've been through rain and shine, together and apart. In the end, she is still one of my BFFs. These photos were taken when we last visited home."
The smaller photo is our daughters. They've always liked each other and they had a wonderful playdate together... Sandra and I both wish we weren't thousands of miles apart so that our girls can spend more time together. But what I love about meeting Sandra again is that no matter how long it's been since I last saw her, we can always immediately pick up where we left off. It's like time, distance , and none of that really matters... she is a true friend indeed!
This is for the Spring colour challenge, with the 2 twists: there is a metal friendship charm, and the girls photos were in a tag. Behind it is hidden journaling about both of them. :) I love the pp, and tried to match it with the flourish stamping....
