6th pages from my Europe Vacation - L'aquarium and Temple de la Sagrada Familia.

Journaling:
Following our visit to The Cathedral, we got on the Barcelona Bus Turistic that showed us many of the local sights. The Hard Rock Café drew us in, and even though it was too crowded to eat there, Ryan and I both bought t-shirts.
Our next stop on the tour was the Port of Barcelona which had Columbus’ Column. The column showed Columbus pointing the way to the “new world”. Father out on the water was the Maremagnum, a mall with shopping, dining and movies. The L’aquarium was also at the port, a 3-story aquarium filled with sea life from around the word. The best part was the second floor that had two moving walkways which wound through the bottom of a huge salt water tank. Sharks, eels, and different fish swam around and over the glassed walkways.

Day Four
June 9th
Jack, Carley, Ryan and I hailed a cap to the Temple de la Sagrada Família (The Church of the Holy Family) designed by Anton Goudi. The Cathedral is one of the most important landmarks of Spain. Goudi did not finish the church or leave his plans, so they have continued construction sporadically, it seems. The new part of the church was similar in parts to the old, but it was all unusual architecture.
The four of us walked the 16 blocks back to the hotel while enjoying the culture and atmosphere of Spain.

L/R side: White & Tan cs, Blackadder ITC font, color-copied memorabilia. Columns made with MS Publisher.
