A card I made using the altered coaster from the ABC Swap at The Crafty Table http://www.craftyria.com/board/viewforum.php?f=37
I attatched the coaster with foam tape to the white card stock. The heart is a Boss Kut die and the mini tag is a Sizzix die. I added the green organza ribbon to the button and mini tag.
