journaling reads:
When you were little mama D and I would sew you pretty clothes. She made these overalls for you and you were so proud of them. This isn't the greatest photo, but, back then I didn't have a great camera. Still, I remember asking you to stand there in front of the fridge and take a picture of your new outfit. You were so sweet, kind, and such a pretty little girl. If I could go back in time I swear I would have spent so much more time with you. I was a sahm, but, still have so many regrets. I would have played that game longer, read that book again, or just held you in my arms and combed your hair as you watched t.v. Now, I sit and wait on my grown up daughter to come in, so I can steal a few minutes alone with you before you go to bed. But, instead of sewing clothes, here I sit sewing scrapbook pages, teary-eyed, wishing you were little again.
