When I was 28 weeks pregnant I went into labor. I had to go into the hospital on strict bed rest. This picture is from 2/7/08 and yes, I do have hi-lite foils in my hair. My mom is a cosmotoligist and came to make me look and feel better. The un-finished crossword was the last in my third book of them that I was working on. When you spend 24 days in bed and are not allowed to walk around or take a shower, you get really bored!
The journaling reads:
On January 17th, 2008, I was sent Memorial North Hospital Admissions. It was the start of my 24 days of strict bed-rest. To pass the time, I did 3 books of crosswords, 4 books of word searches, started crocheting two baby blankets, read a book on twins, and tried to sleep. This is when my mom came to give me hi-lites, a manicure & a pedicure. I think I deserved the pampering! :)
