I made this heart embellishment by squirting Plaid glitter acrylic paint onto waxed paper, then using a popsicle stick to shape the thick paint into a heart shape. Let dry overnight, then carefully peel from waxed paper. Use Crystal Effects to glue to card and outline with Stickles.
