The beveled border around the photo mat is a very easy option in The GIMP, it does all the work.
If you look closely at the green label, the right and left edges look like a torn off ticket or stamp. I opened a transparent layer the size I wanted the stamp, filled it with the color I sampled from the background paper (using the eyedropper tool--Photoshop has this option, too), and erased half circles along the "torn" edge at regular intervals.
No products have been added to this project.
