lo dont for our trip to Malta Restaurant in Dohuk Iraq. Masuood, our Iraqi engineer hosted our CDR, COL "P", our Area Engineer "L" and a programs manager from Tikrit named Tom. I enjoyed the lunch as well as the 28 members of th security team we had with us. We were an odd sight for the Iraqi families in there for Saturday lunch. Before we left the owner of the restaurant wanted his photo taken with the Colonel. The page says "Thank you Masuood" as he insisted on paying the entire bill and thus got lots of hugs as we left.
