I worked really hard at getting a card made for the NSBD card challenge this morning. I started with this one, but didn't think I would be able to get any products from here used. As it turned out, I would have been OK. The challenge requested that I use at least one product listed in the Superstore and also my scraps.
I did use a card as a backing. I cut the bottom with decorative scissors, traced with gold marker, and punched holes with a paper punch. Then, I put down a dard brown Bazzill cs piece and topped that with a smaller section of gold metallic paper and swirled gold and brown pp. Finally I took a piece of ivory cs and stamped it with a Happy Birthday saying and a WhirlyGigs stamp. The tassels were something I had laying around and haven't had a clue what to do with. I cut off the long thread and placed it on with Zots. Then, I punched two holes into the card and tied the tassels on.
