Journaling reads: When Owen was first born, I worried about what to call my step-mom Tracy. I wanted their relationship to be like any normal grandmother/grandson relationship, but I didn't want to assume that that was what she would want. I was particularly worried since she has a son, who might one day have children as well and I didn't want to take away from that. I asked her what she wanted to be called and I think she felt uncomfortable probably because she wasn't sure what I would want. I ended up pulling my Dad aside and asking him what he thought. I couldn't have been happier when he informed me that Tracy would love to be treated as Owen and Ella's Grandma. After all of that awkwardness, she is now called Nanny and the relationship couldn't be more natural. They are crazy for each other and it makes me so happy that not only is Tracy able to bond with my children, but I feel that it has solidified our bond as well.

This stamping technique in this LO is one that I saw in Canadian Scrapbooker in a lo called: You make everything more colourful, pg. 71 , Spring 2008 edition
