This one is for scrappincharlie's Sea world swap. Same basic design but more "watery" and less "wintery." Only one background mat. No mat for the penguin. I didn't ink the edges of the blocks here. I added the stamped swirls since this paper was less visually exciting then the paisley. Used clear skittles instead of blue rain dots and added 2 more to balance with the swirls.
