This one is for a challenge and I had to use photos with something in the background that would make people a hundred years from now think "did things really look like that a hundred years ago?".
My son likes thunderstorms just as much as I do and we try to see the lightnings and listen for the thunder. But for me too, is the massive amount of rain that comes with it. In Iceland when it rains hard it rain sideways (very windy) and you can't really be outside but here it rainsstraight down and the roads look like rivers. So a couple of years ago I took these pictures in a thunderstorm and it so happens that we can see cars in the background and cars are a good way of showing how times change.
I also had to use something fromthe household that we don't usually use in our scrapbooks and I used aluminum foil! The green pp is my oldest ad ugliest pp (also a part of the challenge).
