This is so clever. I love the journaling, and how we can all relate to it at some time or another. Its so real! Love the layout too. TFS and giving us a giggle and making us feel, "hey I am normal, after all!"

As I sit down to think about my average day, I begin to realize that my expectations and desires are often curtailed somewhere between the washer and a diaper change! I’m a chronic perfectionist, living life in a house with two small and quite destructive boys-a definite conflict of interest! I often struggle to find balance in my activities. I spend too much time at the computer or neglect the dishes to finish a scrap project. I choose to finish off the pot of coffee rather than have a glass of water. Make-up and hair no longer top the priority list for me. Ideally, I’d leave my house everyday, looking well-rested and put together; but in reality, I’m lucky to make it out of the house with my purse! And yet, ultimately, I know choosing to be home with my children was right for me, and these days that seem to lack excitement will be over before I know it. So for now, I’ll take my coffee-black, my showers-in a hurry, and my laundry-slightly wrinkled!
