My son covered himself and his bedroom in Desitin one afternoon when he should have been napping. LOL!
Journaling reads:
I suppose it was partly my fault. I knew Nicholas wasn't sleepy when I put him down for a nap. I knew he would probably play for a while. And I even knew that Nicholas had a fascination with his Desitin diaper cream. But I never dreamed that he would get into the Desitin and make such a huge mess! When I saw this I was angry, but also laughing, too. My first thought was to go for the camera and I immediately imagined this scrapbook layout with white paint. (I don't think that Desitin itself is acid-free and archival safe!) We were more careful with putting the Desitin away in the drawer after that... I would like to say that this was the first and only Desitin incident, but unfortunately the same thing happened a few weeks later. Needless to say, the second time it was a lot less funny and not memorialized in photos. Since then we are a Desitin-free household.
