Journaling: Trent, this is one of my favorite pictures of you. First of all, I love that even though you have a rubber ducky in your mouth, you still manage to smile! You are such a cheerful baby with an eager smile ready to greet anyone who will smile back. Often when I’m in line to buy groceries, you smile happily at the checker. If they don’t smile back right away, you will point and make a little noise to get their attention and it usually works!
I also love the fact that you have a ducky in your mouth. You love to put things in your mouth and these pictures capture that perfectly. It’s your way of discovering and learning about the world. While hopefully you will outgrow putting everything in your mouth, I hope that you never outgrow you cheery, playful, happy nature!
