We went to the River Festival in Idaho Falls this last summer. It was nothing really fancy to the adult eye, but to the eye of a child it was pure bliss. There were more booths than we could visit but almost every booth allowed your creativity to flourish. Some of the activities included handpainting rocks and tiles, tye-dying, banging hand-made drums and face-painting.
No products have been added to this project.
