Baby skunks

Ive done plenty of research wanting to have one as a pet but its illegal in TN. Some states its legal to own a blonde skunk but not a black and white and others its the opposite. I even thought about getting a vet on the KY border and saying I live there but my husband put the nixs on that. When I really thought about it- it was a bad idea- if the little thing got sick it would have a far drive for help- or if I got caught they would put it down. (Damn my husband making sense!! I hate when he makes me think!!!)

Baby skunks

Last spring 4 baby skunks would forage for food in my yard. One night I decided to take a plate of food to them. They ate out of it while I was holding the plate. The next night there were 8 skunks. I figured it wasn’t a great idea to feed them at that point. They were very sweet and small, as babies they aren’t scared of us yet.
