I finally got to use my Pink Paislee papers!! Yea! I made a mosaic on Flickr and used some cork letters from Hobby Lobby, and a couple of rub ons.
I wanted to do a layout about Best Bear for quite a long time. Best Bears and Spare Bears were very important to my girls in their formative years (and probably still are!)
Journaling reads:
"Tracy, when you were born you received a little Raggedy Ann doll that we put in your crib. By the time you turned 3 months old you were grabbing that doll by the hair and coming away with bits of red yarn in your fingers. I had to take it away and replace it with something more baby friendly.
So, I took you to a toy store to find a new "fiend". I showed you one stuffed doll after another and finally narrowed it down to two; a Holly Hobbie doll and thid double sided bear. I kept showing it to you over and over and your face kept lighting up each time you saw it. So, there it is...you picked out your own Best Bear. After all these years you still have your Best Bear, though he doesn't look so great and he barely squeaks anymore."
