This layout was a labor of love! The ocean floor is mulberry paper topped with crushed glass and seed beads. My seahorse is hand designed and pieced from card stock, glitter paper and rhinestones and my merbear's tail is made from fabric, more beads, rhinestones and flowers. This one was hard to part with for sure!
