I scraplifted (with some alterations) this lo from http://lescrapderosy.blogspot.com/search/label/Londres%20D%C3%A9cembre%202007 . I used a pen to trace stencil letters for the title. I also used the pen to draw the 'frames'. The main pic I cut a rectangle from the center, then trimmed about a 1/4 inch from the center portion and then replaced it in the center.
