Journaling inside pink envelope reads:

There are days that I have come to treasure as I watch you grow and experience life to its full potential. On this particular day, you went with your preschool class to Mr. Close’s farm to have an Easter egg hunt. The previous week at school you made your Easter egg basket and were so proud of the floppy purple ears and cotton ball nose. When Ms. Glenice said it was time to start the egg hunt, you knew exactly what to do and started searching for eggs. You spotted your first egg under a tree and picked it up and proceeded to do a happy dance. Then you were off to find more eggs hidden in the yard. By the time you were done, your basket was overflowing with eggs. You found a spot under a tree and took out each egg inspecting the contents inside. I happened to glance over in your direction and you were watching your classmates playing with one another in the yard. You were content to sit and treasure the moments of a successful Easter egg hunt.
