Create one of a kind wearable art with Sizzix.
Instructions

Apply fusible web to several different fabrics.
Die-cut Bear out of fabric. Use paint to highlight Bear.
Die-cut Sailor Outfit out of a variety of fabrics.
Arrange Bear and Sailor Outfit on shirt as shown and adhere.
Embellish with two small buttons.
Outline using black fabric marker
