That is so AWESOME! I love that picture! And your Grandmother look slike the 'PRETTY ONE' as far as i can see, but they are BOTH simply ADORABLE!!!
You did a great job on this!!
I bet your Mom is proud too!

this is scrapping at its finest!!the mix of pp w/the squares added in and the matching flowers and swirl are beautifully adorning the pic..The felt(?) is elegant and this piece justifies the EQUALLY "pretty" young women. If I did a LO like this I'd be so darn proud of myself...I have also found it helpful to alter the letters to get the look I was going for.I wish I could say more but words don't do it justice :)
Beautiful! I think it's great how you followed the ribbon along the line of the bench they were sitting on. Love the cutouts and that title is awesome!
This LO is for the June Use Your Supplies Challenge – Week 2 Flourishes at http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1464619/tp/1/ Everything in this LO has been in my stash for AGES!! (except the ribbon) This is a pic of my Paternal Grandmother Jean with her younger sister Dorothy. Grandma said that as a child growing up she was always jealous of Dorothy because Dorothy was always referred to as ‘the pretty one'. I have no idea when the pic was taken or how old they are and my mother (who usually knows these things) isn't sure either. The title was plain pink so I used a flourish stamp with paint on it and then just roughly edged the whole title with paint.
