What an awesome lo! I love the verse and the way you put it on the page. I love the ocean too, lived by it for most of my life, and I sure do miss it. It's only a couple of hours from where I live now, but hard to get the time to go! JRR Tolkien wrote that the sound of the ocean is the only place left on earth where you can hear the voice of God. :)
My ds, me, my dd, and dss at Cape Cod. Just playing with the photo contrast in this picture. I thought the purple tones went with the paper, which unfortunately I can't remember the brand but I really liked. Its kinda hard to see but it has a very pretty, mottled, very sunny look to it. I thought I'd add a bible verse to this layout also. The verse reads: Then shall the righteous shine forth like the sun in the kingdom of their Father, who has ears to hear let him hear. Matthew 13:43, KJV. This verse seemed to capture the feeling of the moment. This was the first time any of us had seen the ocean- it was majestic. Journaling reads "Dear God, Thanks for oceans, they rock. Amen"
