Such lovely pictures. (You look like your mom). Such a beautifully rich page. Treasure those photos- I did a photo shoot of my parents a few years before my father passed and was so glad to have them once he left us.

This is beautiful on so many levels Tessa. I'm in love with the mossy chartreuse, earthy brown and hint of lavender. And I love the way the dye made the jigsaw monograms look like velvet. Gorgeous photos, journaling and layout. But then again, when isn't it? Again, just beautiful.
Title: My Parents Devotion _____________________________
My inspiration: I wanted to take some pictures of my parents at our last visit, and was able to capture some really sweet moments of them that made me think back about their journey and life together.
JOURNALING READS: My parents began their journey together as high-school sweethearts. The story of their romance began when they were at the tender age of 15 and 17. They attended prom together and shared graduation. They decided very early on that they wanted to be husband and wife. They brought my sister and I to this world showing us a love that was unconditional. Their world revolved around us, giving my sister and I each and everything that they never had, making sure to always tell us that they loved us every chance that they got. I will always remember my parents strong devotion toward each other and how they never lost site of what brought them together first of all. They are the true meaning of devotion.
