On May 24, 2008 I attended the "Doors Open Toronto" event. On Sat May 24, one of the places I got to tour was Bay Lower Station. This is an old and now defunct TTC subway station. It opened back in 1966 and was used for only 6 months. Today, the subway station is used for moving subway cars from one subway line to the other, training drivers, and filming movie scenes. Take note of the gold stars at the bottom of the page. When you pull on a gold star, a black tag will appear, and reveal hidden info that I wrote. Originally, I tried printing the combined photos in b & w by using color ink. I knew that the ink levels were low but I thought I would try. So this is how the photos came out purplish with a black shade at the top. I thought it look neat because it made the photos look old just like the station.

P.S. Some of you may know that I send postcards to Canadian Soldiers in Afghanistan. On Monday August 11, 2008, I received a letter from a soldier who is from Toronto who is based in Afghanistan. He received a postcard of this page.
