I just love the citrus polka dot paper from My Mind's Eye! An orange ribbon is attached to an orange strip of paper (the reverse side of the polka dots) at the top. Silver ribbon charm letters spell out "happy" and can slide across the ribbon, making it interactive! The "30" is in fuzzy felt. I also distressed the edges of the paper to give it an aged look. The inside is orange with a white liner.
