I lifted this idea from a mini scrapbook cover I saw, and thought it would make a great birthday card for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. I used the cuttlebug for embossing, cricut for the larger flowers and "1" tag, stickles, primas, and lots of bling. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
