This is the title page for an 8x8 Disney-themed mini-album I created for a friend. The family has a trip to Disneyland planned and the album will make the anticipation all the more fun. It's photo-ready, so all she has to do is drop in photos from their summer vacation!

One of the challenges I gave myself with this project was to use as many of the items from each Disney product package that I could on the layouts. If you were to purchase the products listed with the layouts in this album you would use most of them and only have to locate the following things:

1 red, large paper clip (available at your local scrapbook or office supply store)

2 orange, small paper clips, (you could substitute for silver)

Assorted bright colored ribbons, six patterns (I had to purchase 1/2 yard of each at my local fabric store)

Black polka dot ribbon, 2 yards (This gave me enough to tie some onto the spine cover of the album). Note: The Disney ribbon kit comes with red and black dot ribbon and another ribbon with character names and faces (see layout above) Cut this piece of ribbon carefully so you'll have enough when used in other layouts.

Assorted mini brads to match or coordinate with the ribbons you choose. I used some I had on hand

White cardstock and assorted cardstocks to match the colors in the patterned paper

Bazzill Big Black Brads with white polka dots (you could use polka dot paper cut into circles to save money)

The biggest key for layout success was to find different ways to incorporate the circle theme nto each design. This focus optimized many of the Disney character stickers which were placed in random configurations and on cardstock, layered circles to look like tags.

Thanks for looking!
