I freehanded the flourishes with pencil then I went over them with a silver marker. The jewels are in a circle. I used a tupperware dish and traced a circle for the guide for the jewel placement. I sanded my photo and used red pigment ink to accent it. The flowers are stacked. Petaloo's are at the bottom.
