Ever since the hurricane tragedy I have been thinking about my 2002 trip to New Orleans. I decided to do this layout on how I remember the city.

Journaling reads:
This is the New Orleans I remember. A city full of life, color, and history. The amazing architecture of the French Quarter, the excitement of the Mardi Gras Parades, and the sounds of jazz playing from every corner on Bourbon Street. Just one week after hurricane Katrina very little of what I remember still exists, but I know in my heart the city will be rebuilt and the music will return. God Bless the citizens of New Orleans. August 2005.

Materials: Junkitz Pattern Paper, Prism Cardstock, Lil Davis chipboard letter, letter stickers, epoxy sticker, metal plaque, making memories rubons and magnetic stamps. Unknown trim and eyelets.

Thanks so much for looking. Missy
